Flowers for Napkins:
First thing that you can do is to consult your florist and ask him for flowers suitable to keep with the napkins. Either you get your napkin rings made of flowers or get a single flower to be tucked with each folded napkin or napkin ring. Be sure to keep the flowers in water till it’s the time for your guests to arrive and right before that cut the flower stem shorter up to three inches and then just simply place them with each napkin.
Floral place cards:
For floral place cards you can either use the very small size vases or just simply a flower with a name tag. If you are using a vase place a small flower into it and glue or tape the name tag on the vase where as if you don’t want to make it that expensive and get it done in cheaper way than attaching a place card to a single bloom is the best idea.
Decorated candles:
When you set up votive candles over tables, and in different areas of your party place put them over petals of flowers and that will bring about a really beautiful and innovative look to your décor. If you are using the standing candles use ribbons to tie flowers to the candles. One bloom attached to each candle will look amazing too.
Decorated dinner tables:
Get in contact with your florist and get some floral arrangement designed in 
different sizes and then place them all around your buffet tables this will produce a pleasant effect and will allow your guests to have a much closer look at flowers while getting their food.
