Drying Fresh Flowers Bouquet 300x223 Method for Drying Fresh Flowers BouquetFlowers are the source of expressing emotions for humans. People in the whole world just love to send flowers to each other over occasions or even sometimes just to make one realize that how important he or she is in their life. There are many people who are so fond of flowers that they keep floral arrangements and bouquets at their homes by buying themselves or by picking some flowers from their own gardens. Flowers are just the perfect way to deliver all the feelings when you want nothing to be left unsaid and when you want each and every word from deep cores of your heart to reach with the same affection.

Flowers either given as gift or bought by oneself always are wanted by the owner to remain and stay fresh for as long as possible but cut flowers can hardly long for a week and a half if cared a lot and provided with all required nutrients and saved from any bacterial development. There are other alternative ways too to keep flowers for much longer periods of time like for months and years and that is possible either through saving the flower with wax or by drying the flowers. Dry flower arrangements appear very nice and many times used in many crafting projects. For drying the flowers you need to follow the following steps.

First Step:
In the first step you need to take your flowers and put the blooms in the paper sack but remember that the stems should be sticking out of the opening of the sack. Keep the flowers in the bunch form and simply the same way insert them from bloom side into the paper sack.

Second Step:
Now bundle the sack around the bouquet in a way that the blooms are closed within the bag.

Third Step:
Now to make sack remain closed properly at its opening side tie it with the twine. Take a 12 inches long string and tie it at the place where the opening of the sack has been closed around the bundled stems.

Fourth Step:
Now as one end of twine is tied to the bouquet tie the other end the loose one with the 3 inches long nail. Remember to get longer nail and keep the sack at the side of its head.

Fifth Step:

Now you will have to hammer the nail either in the wooden beam in your porch or at any other place that you find right for hammering the nail in. Even the wooden clothesline will also work or hang sack on some decorative hook or even the door of kitchen cupboard handle can be used for hanging it. The nail should be hammered in the beam for about an inch.

Sixth Step:
Now be patient and let the fresh flower bouquet remain hanging upside down for around a time period of a week.

Seventh Step:
After a week you can open the sack and see that the flowers have dried and now you may create a beautiful floral arrangement of it in a flower vase or use in any other piece of craft to add beauty.
